Read the first half of the headline 3 times trying to figure out the contradiction there and what Subby was trying to say, that I did not even get to the hams.

Hell if he was trolliing and actually used a coherent simile he shouldn't be punished, but given an A in English and sent on his way.

FTA - Aziz's punishment: a one-semester suspension and a note on his college transcript.

Dear god NOOO ...not a note on his college transcript.

/It was probably strongly worded, which would be even more devastating

Where are we as a society when people get so bent out of shape over a comment on the internet made by a teenager?

In the days of old, when knights were bold,
They were pious and modest, I'm told.
Can't you see, that couldn't be me?
I'd have to talk about your yams, and your big fat hams.

It excites me so, because I know, you're my meat .
Fat and forty, but lordy, you're my meat.

The fact that someone is citing anti bullying laws in a case involving college grad students is insane.

Yes, I'm sure you are well prepared for society if you can't take someone saying something mean about you.

FTFA: "Are you so focused on non-productive activities such as Facebook and 'trolling' that you have misplaced your priorities?"

Apparently, Ms. Pennington does watch TV, use the internet, sleep, read books, or do anything else that might lower her productivity below 500%.

/If she found his Fark login, she'd probably be pushing for criminal charges against his lack of productivity.

This is what it has come to. Where every beached whale Junior, who got into a sorority because she has money and her GPA looks favorable, gets an ego-boost from the friends she would not normally have and the numerous fat acceptance movements promoted by sea cows nation-wide - particularly the BBW "beurrtiful" ones - and she mistakenly believes she should not be ridiculed for her bleached ham legs, cottage cheese thighs, muffin top waist, and National Geographic tits swaying with every labored step she takes on her way to what is no doubt either a sociology, womyns' studies, or social work class.

Lose some weight fat ass. Maybe then your legs wouldn't be compared to a pig's carcass.

I like the first amendment as much as the next guy, but I also think that it should be weighed against the universal need for trolls to get their comeuppance. So fine, if you want to protect the first amendment, then we're going to have to add another one making it okay to send a goon squad over to beat the snot out of these guys should you get a chance to identify one.

Perhaps bullying legislation? Or some sort of school standards thing?

It's not illegal to work in pron, but your employer can still decide to fire you because it doesn't reflect on their standards of behavior, say if you're a teacher for instance. If a school has behavior standards, and being a douchbag to people online violates that...

but that would put most college students out of school.

fark him. He harassed another student. He should suffer, not the victim of his harassment. The school is right to defend her from other students who act hostile towards her.

The douche-bag's free speech was not infringed. The school and victim simply exercised their rights to free association. And no one wants to be associated with a douche-bag.

Or stop whining about comments made on the Internet pointing out that you're a fatass. Christ forbid an adult in modern society doesn't waddle into someone's office with the hopes of ruining someone else's life because they're too lazy to get on the farking treadmill.

It would be interesting to know if he actually was personally acquainted with the ham-girl or if he was simply commenting on an unknown person in a crowd on a video. If he had no clue who she was then claims of harrassment are just downright silly.
