It's a buzzfeed link, I'm going to GUESS... just random pictures with random headlines, and absolutely zero write-ups or commentary giving any context whatsoever?

...

...

Well I was close. Although the majority of those complaints are because the person in the picture just bought cheap ass sh*t. You get what you pay for.

Irony coming out: Buzzfeed is free... you get what you pay for...

i don't get the vacuum one

namegoeshere: i don't get the vacuum one

The power cord for the vacuum cleaner has a plastic nub on it so you can attach it to part of the cord loop for tidy storage.

The owner of this particular has looped the cord with an amount of slack that make it impossible to connect the nub to the cable, due to the curvature of the cord over a retaining hook.

People who are not idiots solve this problem by loosening or tightening the cord a bit.

Guess you don't do much housework...

The plug end of the cord usually has a little clamp to clip it to the rest of the cord. Hard to do that when the plug terminates at the curve where you can't clip it so then you have to re-wrap it a little looser so the plug ends higher up, but then when you wrap it looser you end up losing a loop or two and have to re-wrap repeatedly.

Judging from the comments in here, I'm guessing this was linked yesterday?

I don't give a sh*t, I'm an average user, I don't spend every hour of the day checking every single link. My hatred for Buzzfeed exceeds whatever cutesy little in-joke was made in the headline.

We get a lot of this crap in Canada due to the diligence of that disgusting life form known as the "intellectual property lawyer"

The problem is, these parasites make their money by doing the "research" for the "copyright holders" and charging them to issue the takedown notices on their behalf.

Not to mention the majority of the US video sources are censored in Canada to protect the bottom line of a bunch of wealthy suits. Yes, I know there are proxies you can use but you need to cough up $$ to get the bandwidth from a proxy to view movies.

Censorship for corporate entities. As disgusting as censorship by government.

Simple to solve #1: don't used papers for your muffins. They bake up lighter and better if you grease the bottom only of a muffin tin with no paper and don't use non-stick tins.

#1: Muffin breakage got solved a long time ago.

As per "99 Life hacks to make life easier". Use flat bottom ice cream cones instead of paper muffin containers. Also works for cupcakes.

As per same page, combine old soap with new soap.

I bought a vacuum with a spring retractable cord. I pull the cord out when I need it, when Im done, hit the pedal. Its 2013 people. Make the machines work for you.. or one day you will work.. FOR THEM.

The book one is a sign that the author has reached the point where they're selling based not on the story, but on his/her name alone. People will buy a shiat sandwich on paper if DAN BROWN wrote it.

I agree with the soap one (#2). The rest are mostly lame, due to operator error.

Oye, don't blame them entirely for being unable to show anything that isn't 10% Canadian in Canada, some of the flak needs to strike the CRTC as well. Food for thought.

I have that Dyson vacuum. The trick is to wind it the other way. It's poor design as it would have been trivial to have it work either way.
