(Fark)   Wickedfatmitter is going to bed. I will out myself, then I am gone. When I wake up I will do one sit-up for each comment in this thread and then post a follow-up. If I haven't had a heart attack. Thank you for supporting my health   ( divider line

doglover: Auto correct called you fat. Lulz.

so did my dad.

i'm so glad i took time out of my day to welcome you home dad.

my stomach has been angry for like 2 days because it got used to eating what i used to eat. up until two years ago off and on i was really really weird about food. so a week of being crazy strict with food and a few days of killing mahself with less than an hour of exercise a day it just- had no idea what to do with food and wanted. like- literally. if i bend down suddenly i can feel it start to come up

my dad has no idea about my eating or exercise habits. all he knows is that in the past two years i've gained a lot of weight

i DO refuse to drink diet soda rather than normal. so i reach into the fridge and grab a coke.

'maybe if you didnt drink unhealthy things like soda you wouldnt have to worry about your weight and maybe thats why your stomach is upset? what have you been eating?'

i just.... threw the soda down the drain told him he didnt know what the fark he was talking about and left.

i get really moody when i'm being good about food and exercise and people feel the need to comment

honestly theres a lot of people trying to gain weight- if you're serious about it friend each other on myfitnesspal and on nike run.

i think nike run is the one that lets you keep track of the length of your runs and share it with your friends- and you can play tag on it. like- tag biatch... go run your fat ass.

my nike buddy quit so i havent used it in a long time

anyway. it makes it fun, competition makes you work harder and... it'll work

Okay subby I'm way late with this, but here is something I found on fark that helped me lose 80lbs a couple of years ago, and now I'm back on it with the goal of losing 50 more (no, I didn't go back up in the meantime, I'm just that much of a fatass.)

The Hacker's Diet

You can do it. Its totally worth it. And I'll even let you off doing a situp for this post if you promise you'll read that book.

Can I get the 500th comment in my own thread?

Fark ate my post but I'll do this with you

Sounds good to me! I'm 100 in so far. I'm pacing myself, as I have both a herniated disc and a 2 year old daughter to deal with.

I'm not sure which one is making this harder.

Well, congratulations on your greenlit potential LP thread...

503's close enough.

Call your doctor, then start here: Two Hundred Sit-Ups.

I'll bet you get to the point of being able to do 200, in a single set, within six to eight weeks.

/good luck, we're all counting on you.
//and counting for you.
