Shenanigans. if Subby is an out of shape fat farker they might wish and want to do push pulls but it just ain't happening. farkingismybusiness: When I do sit-ups I like to touch my right elbow to my left knee then left to right ad nauseam. Most efficient way to do it unless you do it inclined.

That's a real thing in a Pilates workout.
