Nn the diary thingey there is the daily totals for calories and fat and carbs and whatnot. If you are under or at your goal, they are green. If you go over, they turn red... so if someone wanted to GAIN weight, they'd have to keep eating until everything turned red.

Not much so far. Started some cardio on the elliptical. Some heavy bag. I haven't started with weights yet but hell it's been three days. I'll pick those up soon.

the bottom line where it says "remaining"... the numbers are green if you're good, but if you go over it puts a minus sign and they turn red.

my fats proteins and carbs have their own color in the pie chart

unless youre talking about your daily calorie total where it tells you how much you have left... THATS green. ... i thought that was....just the color they chose for that.

if i go over my calorie total itll turn red?

APPARENTLY wizden is working out and i swear mudwhistle has been looking littler and littler and god knows they lose weight faster than girls do.

i'm going to have to start doing my dvds and going to a few classes at the gym. and if i hear one of those farkers loses something like 5 pounds in a week i'm throwing the elliptical and weights in too.

I did one of those fitness bootcamp type programs about 2 years ago. Went from being able to do 5 modified pushups to doing 25 regular pushups without batting an eye. I don't know how many situps I can do, I usually lose count after 60. If I can do it then Submitter can also do it


Just be sure to have a defibrilator on hand just in case...

I gained a million pounds after I left NYC and didn't have all the walking and stairs to the subway.  Then I was doing better, and then there were situations, and now I am seriously disgusting.  I am gross and fat and I hate myself.  I try to work on it but damn.  For everyone who is all "psh just take a walk" I'm like, you know what?  I do, dammit, and I could tap dance your face off for 90 minutes at a time, and I bet you twenty bucks I can swim my mile faster than any of you, but I actually honestly have a thyroid issue, and it makes me mad, because damn.  Because "oh I can eat three thousand calories a day and never gain an inch, teehee, I'm so cute and tiny" and I'm like "that is adorable, and I hate you."  

RANT OVER.  I am MissFeasy on MFP.  We can totes be workout pals.

When I do sit-ups I like to touch my right elbow to my left knee then left to right ad nauseam. Most efficient way to do it unless you do it inclined.

If you want to ramp it up, start by lying on the ground with your legs straight, and then sit up while bending one leg in (foot off the ground) and touch your opposite elbow to the calf.  Lay back down fully and do the other side, rinse repeat.
