Biness: coolio mack: JusticeandIndependence: Biness: FALSE. This is all bullshiat that NC State is putting out. How about we talk about their shiathead fans who nearly killed the kid. Lets also talk about what a dumb shiat you have to be to rush the court in a wheelchair. Lets also talk about the other dumbshiats who rushed the court even though they were ranked in the top 25.

shiat.

They were ranked #20 at the time. Upsetting the #1 team in the land is not a good time to rush the court? Big win for that program, no matter what spin you think is happening.

I also think it's kinda silly. You're a really good team that was ranked in the top 6 of the country coming into the year, after a run to the Sweet Sixteen. You beat a conference opponent at home early in your conference schedule and you feel the need to rush the court? It's not like this was big upset or a program changing win. And it's not like the game was in doubt until the final few seconds. A standing ovation would suffice there.

Court rushing has become almost as overused as the gatorade bath.

you are correct, sir. court rushing needs to mean something. If you're in top 25 and you rush the court, it means that your school isn't accustomed to success. but it was state, so....

The last ten years haven't been very kind to State. Barely make it into the tourney every three or four years and get bumped. This new coach has the fans riled up in a good way. the court rush was like in 2004 when it happened last.

gtfan92: Biness: whistleridge: Biness: I guess at state they taught you the plural of anecdote = data.

certainly its where you learned about humping chickens

Whereas at Wake you learned that 'tried tropes & broad stereotypes' = 'cutting wit'?
Come on, man...even Elon and Salem students know better than that. You can do better.

no, its where we learned how to own the banks that foreclose on state's farmers.

Guys, both of your schools are terrible.

There, that's settled.

At least we know how to design uniforms. WTF is this shiat?

zarberg: In which we learn Winnie the Pooh is a very sensitive NC State student and gets mad at amateur trolls ...

Nah. Just bored and flaming a school I don't even care about to amuse myself. Now if it were a Clemson grad...THOSE f*ckers I really hate. Along with their sh*thole school. And their sh*thole state.

the spin that nc state is putting on this.

/if you can't go to college, go to state

Wow, that was CLEVER! Why, I bet you got that off of the back of that UNC shirt you bought at Wal-Mart, didn't you?

NOPE! Wake Forest!

granted we suck, but we'll fire buzz and come back.

UNC and State both suck

Or, as we like to call it, 'whiny poseurs who had neither the grades nor the class to go to Duke, but who like to pretend like they did anyway'. I know several Wake grads. They work at the local wine bar, the local ice cream shop, and as a paralegal in my law firm, respectively. All the State grads I know are pulling down $100k+ a year in real jobs.

But you keep humping that chicken. I'm sure it makes you feel better about being that school in the ACC that everyone always forgets about.

I have no dog in this fight, but it's really sad how some people place so much value and self worth in their career.

for the record, i love what i do, but i don't define myself by it

just because you have a succesful career, doesn't make you a good person

UNC_Samurai: Hell, they used to call the Thursday night Tournament play-in game the Les Robin Invitational. And Herb Sendek FINALLY got them back on track, but for some idiotic reason a vocal but ignorant faction of the fanbase ran him out of town, and they went right back to being in the cellar under Sidney Lowe. They're extremely lucky to have Mark Gottfried, and the younger State fans I know fully realize that their program is finally back on track.
.

Yeah, Herb, the great coach who won zero ACC regular seasons, zero major tournaments and who perennially had players transferring away from his Weave and Heave offense and February Fizzles. Great coach, as his time in Tempe, Az have clearly demonstrated.

As for Gottfried, it was the insight of AD Debbie Yow to hire him.

And it isn't just younger alumni, students and fans who realize the program is back on track and has enormous potential for the future. Those of us who were in school when Sloan and Valvano were there know as well.

Waiting on Shadrach's latest planking exploits. The one in Yow's office was epic.

Or just drive through Chapel Hill with your windows down, and they'll throw an AFAM degree in your window as you pass by UNCheat.

Dookies and Deacs earning communication degrees, obviously.

\dook sucks
\\and for the person whom I'm not giving a green arrow to, dook was a #1 team.  You always rush for a #1, but especially so when you're one of the other three NC ACC schools

It's true, we don't have an AFAM program of UNCs caliber.

I went to UNCG and I make $100k a year. So do most of my friends that went there.

Go 'Pack!

2013-01-16 05:36:14 PM
Also, I want to point out how much of Dookie V's whining probably had to do with the fact that his beloved meal ticket team was losing their #1 spot by losing to the Pack....
