Really? No one's mentioning the perfect mugshot?

www2.tbo.com

That's an "And I'd farking do it again" face if I ever saw one.

My mom was a reluctant landlady her whole life, we had a small house on the property that was supposed to help pay the mortgage... You can't even imagine the extreme lows tenants can reach. Even though this is in Florida, I'm pretty sure they had it coming. An eviction notice would have served them better tho....

FormlessOne: Wait - you can still get bail and go home even if you threaten to kill a tenant while armed?

So, when we hear about the dead tenant in a day or so, do you think the cops will just call this "an unavoidable tragedy?"

No, when we hear about the dead landlord in a day or so, we'll learn more about Florida's "Stand Your Ground" laws.

He was released from the Land O'Lakes Jail Saturday morning after posting a $55,000 bond.

He sounds dangerous. I think it would have been butter if they'd kept him in jail.

Abacus9: Probably not too many, the only argument I ever hear from them is "but my RIGHTS!" Never mind anyone else's rights. Many farkers believe the 2nd amendment should entitle them to rocket launchers and tanks, and anything else that could be considered "arms".

As long as I still get felt up by strangers at the airport, we're good

Coelacanth: The worst thing any landlord ever did to me was bring me avocados.

Bags and bags of avocados. More than my girlfriend and I could eat.

If he'd really hated you, it would have been zucchini.

moothemagiccow: Good thing he was planning to use that gun to rise up against the government, not murder that toddler.

Yeah, we always forget that "well regulated militia" part of the Second Amendment, in the rush to defend that whole "right to bear arms" part.

If that was the case, we should've already heard about the dead landlord, as he did break into the tenant's apartment while armed and threaten the tenant's life. No, I think it's going to be a dead tenant, not a dead landlord.

Also, the fact that we can debate this without certainty, because it could go either way, sickens me.
