We all know that sites which accept comments on stories can become canvasses for crazy paint. That aside, are there any factual errors in the story? Is it wrong? Is it biased? It seemed like the story kind of pulled up short, if what I have read about his legal troubles is true, he was pushed to the wall by the Govt, facing a half century in prison over filesharing.

It does now, but the really timey wimey stuff didn't start coming out of the woodwork until Obama released the long form: it was still far-fetched, but at least (mostly) didn't require violating multiple popular laws of physics. That seems to have gone out the window in recent months.
