CodeMonkey4Life: is that just the math you do as a seahawk fan to make yourself feel better?

I love this so much.

Also, I do believe I did say something earlier to the effect that you cannot dagger a game against the Seahawks in the first half. So I'm sure I'm like, a paladin or whatever.

Seahawks come back from a 20 point lead? DOES NOT COMPUTE!

The_Y2P_Problem: Well, even Norv's highest observed Norvnova was a 6.5. A level 8 Norvnova (colloquially, a "superNorvnova") has been theorized but never observed in nature.

Yes, but you have several factors at play here. You've got Ryan's Law of Playoff Failure being multiplied by the Gonzo Factor, a well documented sign of playoff disappointment. Plus, there's the Theory of Top Seed Let Down, which has plenty of evidence to support it. These smaller events could all converge into one Perfect Norv.

I think he's on to something here....

I failed to take into considering the lingering Petrinos in the atmosphere in Atlanta. That only magnifies the chances of The Perfect Norv.

Don't get rattles Matty Spice... throw some moar!

2013-01-13 03:38:47 PM
Okay, after this drive and successful touchdown for the Falcons, I want to hear some B-52's.  It's close enough.

2013-01-13 03:38:51 PM
Matt Ryan throwing with his arm and not quite setting his feet... nothing bad can come of that.

2013-01-13 03:38:52 PM
Oooo crappy throw. Looks very nervous Matty Ice. You're Matty ICE Throw like an ICE!

Atlanta doesn't appear to require our assistance right now. They are choking just fine on their own.

True! They are coming back from a deficit, not a lead!

Stopped for a nice loss, 3rd down and 15.

rickythepenguin: CipollinaFan: How about some Santana. I bet that caught you off guard.

did you know Jerry Garcia was a huge CipollinaFan, CipollinaFan?

Yes I did,I actually started listening to QMS after reading a Grateful Dead biography.
My favorite story about them is when they sat in on a SF community meeting and started arguing very loudly about who was better Cowboys or Indians. Resulting in them being kicked out of the meeting and ending in a feud where the Dead broke into QMS's farm house to steal their weed and QMS retaliating by attempting to storm the stage of one of their concerts with antique guns tie them up and play a song with their instruments. Someone saw the guns and they were arrested.

Long unnecessary story but this game has lost my attention.

And here come the Seabirds!

2013-01-13 03:39:36 PM
It's like Matt Ryan isn't comfortable unless he's coming from behind in the last two minutes to win the game.
