Have a Meyer lemon tree in my garden. Excellent lemon meringue pie. Great for marmalade, too.

They grow like crazy around here. Meyers make an excellent marmalade, limoncello, and base for cuban lechon asado. But don't use 'em for lemon curd or meringue pie - disappointing results there.

Unimpressed

We ran across a Buddha hand in our local market and ended up using it as a centerpiece for a fruit platter. We cut the bottom off of it, then used the "fingers" to drape bunches of grapes over the sides. Got a lot of WTF looks.
