That was probably the weirdest and coolest thing i watched, and thats a BIG roach if you can attach electronics to it like that.

OK, that's just a bit creepy. I'm imagining a room full of little kids doing these experiments, all of them emotionless sociopaths in training. And asking questions. Hmmmm... Wonder if I could do something like that to Mommy and Daddy?

There's a good horror/SF movie concept there.

Imagine how many people we might be able to save after an event like 9/11 or the 1985 Mexico City Earthquake if we had these things available for urban search and rescue. No more digging and hoping to find someone. Unleash some of these on a collapsed building, get in there and find people, then dig with a plan towards reaching them once you know where they are.
