reaperducer: I'm still not sure why he got convicted in the first place. Aren't we, as a society, supposed to be celebrating sodomy? I mean, we have a special rainbow flag for it, and costume parades, and we're even changing the laws to accommodate the very small percentage of Americans who enjoy putting their reproductive organs inside other people's excretory systems.

Sandusky may be a villain today, but he'll be hailed as a hero in the future for helping bring our nation into a new state of "tolerance."

/Don't like it? Then you're a hateful bigot. Go commit your hate crimes somewhere else.

I seriously hope you're trolling when you compare consensual homosexual behavior between two of-age people with predatory pedophilia and ephebophilia. You're not that stupid, are you?

Seriously. Have your girlfriend buy you a strap-on. Don't knock it till you've tried it.

Orgasmatron138: Keep in mind that the Feds didn't really start with their own prosecutions until after Sandusky's trial was over. They were basically waiting in the wings to make sure the locals didn't fark up the trial. If by some miracle he gets this conviction overturned, and is able to magically make the charges disappear, he'd have a metric ass-ton of federal charges waiting for him.

The Feds didn't really want to get involved with that, as there are much bigger fish to fry. The school's cover up needs to be investigated, the governor's complete lack of action needs to be investigated, all business deals involved with Second Mile need to be investigated, etc.

bigger fish to fry than a dude who farked a double digit number of kids?

The fact that Sandusky hasn't yet been beaten to death in prison makes me lose faith in the American justice system.

He was slandered pretty bad in the media. He really never had a chance at a fair trial.

legal challenges filed by Sandusky's lawyers, including their claim that a deluge of prosecution materials swamped the defense.

Your honor, they had way too much evidence proving my client's guilt that I couldn't prepare for!
