dickfreckle: some asshole always getting the "free parking" payout.

Some asshole breaking the rules with their own is what make the game get too damn long.
Without a free parking payout and doing auctions a game will last about 30 minutes.

It would mean more if they were still made of decent metal.

Yeah I'm grumpy about the cheap-ification of every toy and game.  Plastic and aluminum suck.

Only losers used the thimble and wheelbarrow, anyway. Monopoly winners play the car, dog, or top hat.
