Assuming these patients were adults and not children or mentally disabled there really is no excuse on their part for falling for this. I mean seriously.. is it possible to be that stupid?

My first thought!

Semi-related story.  At 19, I was on a military base for the first time, getting my military entrance physical.  The last thing on the list was my OB/GYN exam.  Nervous from the moment I got there.  As I waited to get called for my exam, a woman in a flight suit walked up to the front desk and started raising hell about the OB doc who'd examined her and, I quote "fingerbanged" her.  She saw him later at the BX and he looked her up and down and smirked.  She said "I'm pressing charges against that MF - he needs his licence yanked, blah blah blah blah...."  I'm listening in horror.  She then sits down next to me, fuming.  I meekly ask her about it, and she heartily volunteers that it is Dr (some Oriental name) and to stay the FARK away from him. OK.  I get called back, get in my hospital gown, and who walks in but an old Oriental man, telling me to lay back, he'll be right back.  When he left the room, I gathered my gown up, and ran out to the receptionist.  I said "I think the perv that lady was complaining about is about to examine me!"  She nodded knowingly, and said "Go back to the room and wait."  A good 45 minutes went by, and an older white woman, with an assistant, came in and did my exam.  So grateful I'd heard the female aviator's complaint.  Not that I wouldn't have known that he was going off the reservation, per se, but I was fairly naive and intimidated by being on a military base and probably would have been in shock, too shocked to kick him in the jaw had he gone there with me.  No doctor would try that shiat with me now - I've been told I can put off "don't fark with me" vibes.  Not sure if that is good or bad.....

Apparently so. In which case, they should have no case.

Judge: "You were in for an eye exam."
Plaintiff: "Yes."
Judge: And he said "You'll need to remove your shirt and bra," and you did.
Plaintiff: Yes.
Judge: And you are aware your eyes are on top of your head and not covered by your bra.
Plaintiff: Yes.
Judge: [BANG] Court rules you're a total idiot and in favor of the defendant.
