Chick-fil-a is well known for being very liberal with their coupon acceptance policy. You'll never get turned away for trying to use an expired coupon, even if it is several years old. They'll often even accept similar coupons from competitors if you pretend to not know what restaurant you're in. I'm guessing that they have relatively high margins so they can afford to give away a few free sandwiches to keep customers happy.
