OK, this has been a long time coming, but what's with foreign leaders and sashes? Do they wear the sashes around at the office, and have pajama versions for bedtime....or is it just for formal occasions? Is there a US Presidential Sash? If yes, why don't we see more of it? What's funny is Chavez could have been given life-saving cancer treatment at the world-class Sírio-Libanês Hospital in Sao Paulo, but chose not to because he wanted to make a political statement (Brazil = Capitalist = Inferior Health Care, Cuba = Socialist = Superior Health Care).

/maybe he would have suffered complications there too
