My parents abandoned me at the Grand Canyon. It took me a long time to get over it. I had lots of problems as a kid. Mainly because I was born without the top of my skull and I guess a little bit of my brains was showin' and it was grossin' everybody out so my mom put this wig on me to cover it up and then the bones grew together and it got all infused and entwined. I mean I don't mean to get all scientific with you...

cgraves67: I had an irrational fear of being abandoned at the mall when I was a kid, so I'm getting a kick, etc.

I used to wish that would happen. I would get bored while my mom shopped in Sears and hide in the racks of clothing, imagining that she would eventually forget she had brought me with her.

Then when the place closes up I emerge and spend all night playing games in the arcade, eating ice cream from the Dairy Queen, and enjoying all the toys KB could provide. Come morning mom would naturally show up looking for me, and I would nonchalantly leave with her while befuddled mall employees wondered who made the mess.
