We can't deport him.  He's white and a celebrity.  He doesn't fit the qualifications.

2013-01-07 08:38:56 AM
Can we deport Alex Jones, please?

I hope they're serving roast human baby wrapped in gold foil in the green room.

I went to his site, Infowars, a few times. The crazy there actually scalded my eyes. It's one thing to have opposing opinions (it's what makes the world go 'round), but quite another to be batsh*t insane.

That, or like many wingnut bloggers he's actually a smart guy who only pretends to be crazy for the $$$$. Morally speaking, that's even worse.

Is it any worse than an actor in a movie?  In any case, I sort of doubt it's just an act, he can't possibly be making too much money on it all.

Eh, actors don't spread harmful disinformation for profit, thereby making society worse off. Everyone understands that an actor is just playing a role, and that it's just a film. Alex Jones' acolytes actually believe him when he talks about FEMA camps, and then they pollute the voting pool.

2013-01-07 09:31:22 AM
Yes, I know some actors are vocal outside of movies, but I was responding to your direct question.

I really hope the chyron captions him as "Professional crazy person"

I do love that Jones's two movie roles are in Richard Linklater flicks as a guy yelling at people. He's basically playing himself.

Sunlight.  Shine the light on his crazy.  And in somewhat poetic fashion, do it by giving him the freedom express himself that he would deny others.

Clearly, the missing commas are in on the conspiracy.

So we're putting paranoid schizophrenic conspiracy nuts on national television now, and giving them a platform where their crazy can touch those not actively seeking it out?

Durrrrrrrrr

THIS.

Dude is gettin' laid and gettin' paid.

Why do you hate America?

Next up my "America, Land of the beautiful ASS" t-shirt. On the back "gettin' laid and gettin' paid". If you steal the idea, well, I can't think of anything more American.

I bet he's making six figures. I bet he is in the tax bracket that should "contribute their fair share". I bet he voted for Romney this past election.

/I listen to about 15 minutes of Jones a day, just get a peek at the looney side of the fence.

If we could have some Alien bukakke porn where the aforementioned Aliens spooge sulfuric acid jizz on Alex Jones and end his miserable existence, I'd watch that.

He deserves to be yelled at. He is an insufferable asshole who needs to be humiliated publicly, possibly to the point where he takes his own life hours after his appearance.

Even if you don't yell at him, at the very least I wish him to be demolished in the interview. It's always a shame when screwballs like this are treated like real, rational people.

TrainingWheelsNeeded: I bet he voted for Romney this past election.

I can't say I know Jones work very well, beyond the periodic glimpse of his insanity.  But I would think someone who takes his conspiratorial thinking seriously wouldn't vote for a rich Mormon.  I bet he's a RON PAUL man.

I can pretty much predict how this is going to play out.
Jones: " Piers Morgan, are you a lizard person?"
"No".
"He's lying, you can't trust him America, Piers Morgan is a lizard person! In fact, I know a spell that will make him show his true form! A cave rat taught it to me."

2013-01-07 10:24:39 AM
Wasn't Alex Jones one of those people that thought that 911 was a government conspiracy?

If so, why would anyone listen to anything he has to say?

As for Morgan. He's CNN's version of Rush Limbaugh. Was anyone really surprised that a effeminate English dandy would be in favor of strict gun control?

Phil Donuhue (I'm dating myself here!) once said he used to think the same about Neo-Nazis, but at some point he stopped having them on his show because there were always people calling the studio afterwards asking "where do I sign up?"

I'm in two minds over this. I'm the last guy to think anyone should be deported over holding an opinion. On the other hand, it is undeniable fact that Piers Morgan is the dogturd of British journalism, and any excuse to send that farker back.

There is no doubt he is a Ron Paul man, and probably at heart more libertarian than conservative but I think given the past choices he voted Republican. He didn't mention Gary Johnson's name once in the months leading up to the elections but justified many of Romney's positions, "I'm not saying Romeny is any better, they are both puppets, but" was a common phrase. He even tried to float the idea that a Romeny presidency would force the Globalists to have to rework the people in charge before they could continue with enslaving the human race.

/ok, maybe I listen to about 30 minutes a day. I listen on my lunch hour, usually on the way to nearby park.

Yeah, I fully admit it's a double-edged sword.  Same with 'racial' comedy, like All In The Family.  Some people laugh at Archie because he's a buffoon.  Others think he's a luminary.

For an effeminate man, he sure is straight as an arrow.  When he had Gina Gershon on his show, it was almost uncomfortable to watch as he gushed his crush all over her.  I thought for a while that he might try to crawl up her dress during the interview.

Regardless of where you stand regarding Alex Jones' more far reaching conspiracies (WTC tower 7, etc), he's been right on the money with recent predictions of the threats to the second amendment by those in the govt.

Pretty much if the second amendment is ever compromised, the country as we know it will implode. The country was built on guns and sells everyone else in the world their guns, so on a basic level it's hypocritical to even suggest citizens give up their guns while we export death around the world.

Guns only real use is to protect us from government, and then personal protection. Sure, the average citizen doesn't need Exocet missiles or chain guns for personal protection (well, maybe if you live in chicago, or detroit), but this new idea that we need to ban practically all guns because people die by guns is absolutely insane.

Every single time in history where guns have been taken away from the population only wholesale death has followed. We like to think that the atrocities of the past can't possibly happen in Western society when guns are, but sooner or later, even Western democracies become corrupt and implode and generally the government that follows is farking horrible for the people.

yes, he is. Alex Jones thinks everything is a conspiracy - a conspiracy engineered by blood drinking alien lizard people disguised as humans. Or is that David Icke? I dunno - the kooks and cranks all start to sound the same after a while

Guns aren't going anywhere, the gun grabbers don't have the support required to kill a standing amendment.

While I'm not a fan of Morgan, to say he's CNN's Rush Limbaugh is laughable at best. He's nothing of the sort. Not even in the same ballpark. Their shows aren't even the same format. Rush rants and raves for a few hours while Morgan does celebrity interviews. Making a single controversial statement in a year full of milquetoast interviews does not make one the equivalent of Rush.

Obviously Newtown was a false flag operation by the government to take our guns.

With an Englishman, it's never a question of whether. It's a question of how gay he is.

Reporters asked Elton John, if he was a homosexual, how could he date so many beautiful women. Elton John responded "Well, I'm not that gay."
