JosephFinn: The Flexecutioner: EvilEgg: Let me know when the last person born in the 1800s dies. We have got to be getting close.

i was thinking the same. the more I think about it the more interesting it is. i had a great grandmother born in 1898 and i thought that was pretty neat, kind of arbitrary but still neat to me.

My grandfather was born in 1890 (my father was the youngest of 11) and was 83 when I was born. Amazing how it can stretch out like that.

Whereas on one side my great-great-grandfather was the last born in the 19th century, and I'm old enough that I'm a great-uncle myself, so 7 generations to your 3.  I guess it depends on how early you get bizzay.

cleveoh: My great grandfather was born in 1860 & died in 1955. I always think about what an amazing amount of history & technological advances he witnessed in his lifetime.

I had a 3 greats grandpa that was born in 1822 and died in 1917

She died in a Hospital and only held the title for two weeks. Which makes me wonder... Imagine you are laying in a hospital because of some trivial sickness and someone comes over to you "Hello, you are the oldest person of the country!!1!1!!ONE!!" How would you feel? Personally, I would think to myself "It's time to die then."

I'm feeling sorry for the current owner of the title.

Jon iz teh kewl: Stone Meadow: ChromoSomes: It amazes me that Methuselah lived to be almost 1,000 years of age even though he was a drug addict.

So...what do I have to start smoking? Cuz I'm totally down with living 1000 years.

weed and you have to eat taco bell everyday

There are some prices not worth paying...

The last dude born in the 1800s already died awhile ago. The last dude born in the 19th century (1900) is still around, but just barely.

We just witnessed death of last World War I veteran. I wonder whether at age 53, I will live long enough to witness death of last World War II veteran, last Korean War veteran, last Vietnam War veteran...

BronyMedic: This is horrific. We can kill Osama Bin Laden in Pakistan but we can't catch a killer with such an obvious Modus Operandi on our own soil?

WHEN WILL THE SENSELESS DEATHS OF OLDEST PEOPLE END!? WHY DOESN'T OBAMA CARE ABOUT OLD PEOPLE!!!!!

If B.O. did anything for the old folks, he would have to reduce the number and length of his Hawaiian vacations and trips to the golf course.
