Well that seems like money well spent. "What's that, ma'am? You say the air stinks? Hang on. I'll check....Our $200,000 stink detector has confirmed that it does, indeed, stink right now. Thank you for calling."

WTF is this stink detector supposed to do that couldn't be accomplished with a call to the local Fish and Game department? I just checked and there's an office right there. "Hey, Fred, is there a bunch of dead stuff floating on the lake today?" "Yup."

There. I saved the government $200,000. Send a check for 10% and we'll call it even.
