Love that "free" healthcare

Look, I know you're a troll an all, but it's not "free" healthcare. They pay taxes towards it. Think of it like Social Security, you pay a set fee into it, you may collect more you may collect less depending you how long you live. Hell, it's almost exactly like private health insurance, except you won't get automatically denied based on a cost/benefit analysis.
