Flint Ironstag: The Angry Hand of God: As a not proud owner of an iPhone, all I ask is a way to remove that damn stock ticker without having to go through the process of jailbreaking my phone. Why would this even be there by default? I am fairly certain that over 50% of iPhone owners have absolutely no stocks, and 95% don't even follow their investments that closely.

I love my HTC one x but in the update to jelly bean it got a power saver notification in the notification bar that doesn't go away. It says on or off, but just stays there. Bloody annoying.

What always got me with my Androids was the damn voicemail notification icon. Since I never wanted to pay for visual voicemail, I hated having to actually call my voicemail and clear all my new messages for that to disappear.

That too.

I have an old Philips fax/answerphone at home that doesn't let me delete messages until I have listened to them in full. Since one of the reasons to have an answerphone is to be able to screen junk calls it is utterly retarded to then force me to listen to them in full before I can delete them.

mctwin2kman: Oh that is easy. Hold finger on the app in question until they all start dancing. Then tap the X for all the apps you don't want.

Not sure if serious...

Daily reminder that giving Apple money makes you a terrible person and all that. Seems almost superfluous to have to say at this point.

Hey I'M a terrible person - and I've never given Apple a dime. Concurrence != causation.

I use google voice for my voicemail. Free visual voicemail and entertaining attempts to transcribe them as well!
