So it's already been exposed to meth. That should save some time.

Well sure.  When you're giving birth, you want to go someplace classy, not like the Dollar Store.  Duh.

Yeah, but then I have to dress up, unlike at Dollar Palace.

Conceived in China?

As far as the health care options offered in Banks County Georgia,  how does this measure up?  I'm guessing it's a pretty clean, modern, and safe choice, relatively speaking.

I also appreciate that the headline leaves open the possibility that future babies will be born in this bathroom.  We've only met the first of the year.

The mother reportedly survived dehydration with a half gal coke from the in-store McD's. Luckily right next to the women's shiatters.

Whoops, I RTFA: The county does not have a hospital, which makes births there uncommon in any year.

And states like Georgia want less Federal government?

Probably the only American-made thing in Walmart....

I have worked overnights for the last 14 years at a 24 Wal-Mart. I've lost count of the sexual encounters I've stopped in the store. No births yet thou

I knew my ancestral homeland would someday end up on Fark. I am, however, shocked it didn't involve meth.

Georgia has the second highest number of counties of any US state, second only to Texas.

It's very rural and very poor. Other than the slew of stores and restaurants on 441 (exit 149 on 85) there's mostly farmland and kind, friendly people.

Get out of Fulton once in awhile.

Banks County most certainly does have a hospital. Hell, it's only a few minutes from the Walmart in the article.

Closer to Tractor Supply.

Frankly, for any community not to have a hospital or clinic is pretty sad.

You're assuming they have health insurance.

Sad to think that this child will grow up with odd attractions to the smell of institutional air fresheners, yellow "wet floor" signs and mop buckits.

Are you suggesting people go to Wal-Mart to give birth because they don't have health insurance?

1. Federal government generally runs hospitals other than military related ones?
2. Most counties have hospitals in them?

Well, to be fair, the Walgreens only has a clinic.

It's the south. The industrial north pays for them constantly, but they keep voting to the tea party, then have kids in Wal-Mart. It just sucks.
