Maybe if you're going to pull a quote to try proving that paranoid gun maniacs aren't really just paranoid gun maniacs you should try pulling one that doesn't condense into "Congress doesn't want to take your guns".

Just a thought. One of us had to have one.

My local gun/fishing chain in SoCal (Turners) did a 12 days of Christmas email blast. Monday, the day after the shooting in CT., they offered a Bushmaster AR15.

Endive Wombat: OMG yes they are. Walk into any gun store and you will find that almost everything is at least 20% more expensive. Good luck finding reasonably priced ammo too


Gun store owners aren't dummies. They know many of their clientele are paranoiacs who start hoarding every time something like this happens. What better time to gouge them?
