$27 for one pair? You could get 60 pairs of non-blinking ones on the same website for that price.

I wonder if the blinking is governed by a Fourier series.

Yeah, this. If you're going to play a prank with these, I would prefer to go with having many pairs of eyes, for maximum lulz.

One of the first things we did with Java in your browser? Googgly eyes following your mouse. Back when it was curiosity and fun and not a bubonic plague of antivirus panic.

Not to be outdone, the Romans were fond of putting I's on things as well.

What's this, then? "Romanes eunt domus"? People called Romanes, they go, the house?

/I see no "i" there. (whips out sward)  It's "Romani "ite"  "Domum"
// Now, write it out a hundred times. And if it's not done by sunrise, I'll cut your balls off.

Got a pair of these for Christmas last year. Used the suction cups to stick them on the whiteboard and drew a goofy face, then closed the cabinet so whoever heard the blinking would investigate. Good times.

It would be much better if they had face recognition software built in and could look directly at you. Although if someone with a marginal grip on reality had them, you'd run the risk of having them explain to the judge that they killed all those people "because my computer monitor said it wouldn't stop staring at me until I did it."

Just use a sharpie to draw eyeballs on a balloon and then show it to your dog - it'll make your pup bark and back up quickly.

/at least that's what it did to my dog
//after we laughed he did come forward and sniff (and realize it wasn't alive) and then attacked it with his usual disregard for the lives of balloons...

I walk to a karaoke bar on Wednesdays. I also walk home. En route is a Wal-Mart. Said Wal-Mart is still open when I'm drunkenly stumbling home.

Tonight, I'll buy a pack of eyes on my way out (as to not forget them) and stop back in on my drunk walk home.

That was a close call. You should warn people about stuff like that. I almost read an entire Garfield strip.

I haven't done that since they stopped being funny. About 30 years ago.
