Nice to see appreciation for Looper, The Grey, and especially Holy Motors, but that was definitely a weird list.

/She's right about Samuel Jackson in Django. Great job playing a horrible person.
//None of the above was a haiku

The scowl on his face the moment he arrived was on par with a villain from Dickens or Uncle Tom's Cabin.

Kudos to DiCaprio for playing an unredeemably bad guy that skirted right up to the edge of twirling a mustache. Nice touch that he was a francophile that didn't know any French.

SPOILERS:

When he was talking to Django about the slaves at the mine, I honestly thought he had manipulated the sister into sparing Django.  Okay, he's loyal to Candie so has to tell him what he suspects about Hildy & Django but he really doesn't want to see him die of a botched castration or fed to the dogs.  Then the speech went on and on, detailing what life at the mine would be like...

Nope--turns out Stephen really is a horrible, horrible person and shipping him off to the mines was the cruelest torture he could think of.  Incredible performance.
