Juan is John in Spanish, that is how you say it. Not the Anglo John. Although, some latin parents have a penchant for naming their kids John, spelled Jhon, with a funky pronunciation, making it sound like Joan.

Now is this the legal definition of binge drinking or actual binge drinking. IIRC from college, 4 drinks (1oz alcohol drinks) in a night is considered 'binge drinking' for a female. Most girls I know wouldn't even get buzzed on that if they spaced them out over a night.
