Not to be cynical but that's not a V12 engine. It's run by air and not actual combustion. Italian?

Fascinating, but some truly bizarre choices for background music

No kidding.  It's a little metal engine, not launching a man to the moon.

Also, I hate sites that won't let you skip ahead in the video without having to load the whole damn thing.  fark you, Wimp.com.

And we have it.

However, there is a clip out there - I think I got here - from YEARS ago about an Italian who build a 1/8(?) scale F1 model with a V12 that actually ran on fuel.

It was an amazing piece of craftsmanship.

Does anybody know what the last piece of music was?  Reminded me of the op for the Japanese iron chef

Shazam brought up Rescue! by Harry Gregson Williams, who I first and foremost always associate with MGS

Real miniature V12 for RC

"...runs on a mixture of high performance synthetic lubricant (10%), Methanol and Nitro methane (5-10%) and produces power of 6 to 8 horsepower with a displacement of 87-cubic centimeters. "

Beautiful job. Basically a V12 steam engine.

Bingo. I would have like to seen some shots of the making of, not so much the assembly of.

Its the closing theme to Backdraft.  But yes, it was used as the intro music to the Japanese Iron Chef  (at least in America).

The engineering was cool as hell but I gotta ask - is that really an internal combustion engine? Where the hell are the spark plugs?

/no I didn't watch every minute of the video
