One of the better contests at the end of the year is this one: the context headlines. These are the ones that you usually can't tell what they're about just by reading the headline, then you click the link and it smacks you right in the face. Here are the finalists for this year. Hopefully you won't remember the original threads and will get to enjoy them like it's the first time.
