Voivod, headlining
Faith no More, second billing
Soundgarden, opening

Was 1990 IARC.  All of the Seattle bands were unknowns (super unknowns lol) outside Seattle til after Nirvana, then they were all instantly huge.

It wasn't in a 100 person bar but in a 12,000 arena with only 1,500 people attending.

That mostly seemed like a Deadhead writing an "article" as an excuse to showcase some of his favorite hippie posters.
