Its Walmart, who would expect anything different?

Label it as contaminated, then mark down the price so people think they're getting a "sweet deal".

You'd sell it all, guaranteed.

I though those symptoms were a result of reading linked Blaze articles.

Cluckity: What kind of farking idiot buys seafood from a Sam's club?

Me. Hey, the free samples they had were good! I wanted more. Thankfully I didn't get sick though.

That's what you get for getting rid of a decent vendor and going with the lowest cost one. I actually kept my sam's club membership for the smoked salmon until they changed vendors and it tasted like s**t. I had to drop ship from a processor in Atlanta ever since.

Crazy, that most of the complaint is word for word with the company wide alert to pull all product from shelves, and nottify all people who may have purchased said product within the date range.

Lets not miss the point. How dare Sam's Club purchase anything from anyone who makes [fill in the bank] error. BOO THE KING OF RUBBISH, FILTH, SCUM, BOOOOOO!!!!

On that note, lets talk about the listeria scare from cantaloupe a few months back... oh wait, it wasn't just Wal-Mart that time.

Damn, I wish that had been the Costco one, that was given to my mother-in-law back in August.

Heh. We should all be so lucky.

Didn't realize salmon was raised or caught in Florida -- is this something new?

A few years ago, I was supposed to bring a dessert to my family's christmas gathering. I didn't want to carry something in my car all that way, so I stopped at a local Sam's and bought some of their bakery cookies for the party. In February of that next year, I got a letter from Sam's saying those cookies had been recalled and I shouldn't eat them. Thanks, Sam's!

Today a friend of mine gave me some smoked salmon that he made at home, so I'm getting queasy...
