Jack: Lemon, I'm impressed! You're beginning to think like a businessman.
Liz: A business woman.
Jack: I don't think that's a word.

Liz: "People are gonna show up expecting all this great stuff and they're gonna be disappointed and angry."
Tracy: "Just like colonial Williamsburg."

My son. You may not remember me. I am your father. This message is coming to you either from beyond the grave or because I am in the grip of insanity. The purpose of these DVDs is to educate and guide you through life in my absence. I will begin with our shared history. The Donaghys originally come from Ireland's little-known County Steve, where historically we were whiskey testers in goblins. I was raised in Sadchester, Massachusetts. I won the Avery Blaine Handsomeness scholarship to Princeton, and then attended Harvard Business School, where I was voted Most. I once hit a stand-up triple off Fidel Castro. I was the first person ever to say "I need a vacation from this vacation." The song "You're So Vain" was in fact written...by me.

Nemo's Brother: It was a show for retards who thought they were smart. It's for the people who thought Inception was an intellectual thriller, and According to Jim was funny.

For YEARS I would catch my gf watching 30 rock and I would try my damnedest to get in to it (While Im playing games on the computer of course) and never found it remotely entertaining and spoke bad about it on more than 1 occasion.

Then I sat down bored one day and watched 2-3 and proceeded to shotgun Season 1-6 in about a week and a half. 30 and The League are the only 2 shows in recent memory that have made me laugh that much. The one liners are hysterical and I hope I see Scott Adsik in something funny soon. Hes great.

//Him losing the fight to the training dummy made me lose it.

I poured more money into Donald's restaurant than my money pit in Connecticut!
Jack:
You have a house in Connecticut?
Tracy:
No, I do not!

Don't you just *hate* how you're forced to consume entertainment you dislike?

Personally, I blame Obama.

It's a blight and I'm glad it's going away. It's much the same as the fact that I don't have leprosy but if they ever find a cure, I will be glad.

Can you tell us what other popular things you hate? Could you maybe list them all, organized by media and with a 1 to 5 Frowny Face Rating?

Champion of the Sun: Everything about Kenneth is horrible, otherwise it's a great show. If you can't laugh at a pack of wild dogs taking over and successfully running a Wendy's franchise, you have no soul.

I love that whole speech so much I want to go behind the middle school with it and get pregnant.

-I've seen a blind guy bite a police horse! A puppy committed suicide after he saw our bathroom! I once bit into a burrito and there was a child's shoe in it! I've seen a hooker eat a tire! A pack of wild dogs took over and successfully ran a Wendy's! The sewer people stole my skateboard! The projects I lived in were named after Zachary Taylor, generally considered to be one of the worst presidents of all time! I once saw a baby give another baby a tattoo! They were very drunk!

You're not smoking crack, you're straight-up mentally ill!

Zombie DJ: Bontesla: It was no Happy Endings. That show is so much better.

HAHAHAHAHA! I know, right?
I even......wait........HOLY CRAP I THINK YOU'RE SERIOUS!

/the writer of Happy Endings writes like she's never had friends
//but I'm FORCED to watch it, just like most people here forcibly watch 30 Rock, mainly because the remote has fallen off the couch and they can't get it, not even with their "reachin' stick"

My girlfriend likes that show so I tried a couple of episodes. Couldn't stand it. Every character was beyond annoying.

But for lesser beings like curly-haired men and people who need glasses, therapy can help.

Who can't like that show?

Brakefornobody: Wasn't really my taste, although Some of Baldwin's were hilarious. What I find ironic is that it made it while Sorkin's overhyped "Studio 60' crashed and burned like the Hindenburg.

They dealt with it in a great way on 30 Rock

Aaron Sorkin: "Hi, I'm Aaron Sorkin, writer of "The Social Network" and "The West Wing"
Liz Lemon: "And Studio 60"
Aaron Sorkin: "Shut up."

The show has had some great episodes and great quotable lines. To no surprise, people expect every episode to be twice as funny as the one before it or the whole series is a FAIL!

It wouldn't be a Lemon party without old Dick.

That line alone gives them a place in the history books.
