Well, the good news is she'll still make the hearing.

That level of stupid should be a capital offense.

I'm all for executing 2nd time offenders. The first time can be a mental farkup. There is never an excuse for a second. Hanging will do just fine for this.

Too bad. We should go up against repeat offenders such as this with the same zeal we do law abiding citizens.

I think there's something to be said for alcohol addiction being a very real thing. So to slightly moderate your suggestion, I think a first offense should be a mandatory year of taking Anabuse (that's the medication that makes you violently ill if you consume any amount of alcohol).

If you can't break the addiction after that... well then you're an asshole. To the gallows with you.

Also, how would they hang her? SHE HAS NO NECK.

Ever notice that more and more often, whenever a news site runs a story that would have almost all the comments ridiculing the perp, suddenly the comments section is 'down' with a notice like: "NewsOn6.com comments have been temporarily disabled. We're sorry for the inconvenience."

Anyone who can figure out a way to stop repeat DUI offenders from driving will have a gold mine. Laws take away the privilege but not the knowledge or ability.

Instead of putting interlocks on their cars, we need to put it on their BRAINS.

Just farking deport her already. She can even keep her car, so long as someone else drives it to the border for her. Once she's off US soil, I don't care what she does.

There is no place in the world where an American could go, commit a crime, and then be identified by the media as "[that place] Man". Yet "our" media pretends that foreigners who commit crimes here are actually locals.

What border are you talking about? She is Native American. Put your flag back in your cedar chest and do not bring it out again till Veteran's Day. The lapel pin, too

Nah, just cut off one appendage per violation. A couple of DUI's will make ANY kind of driving rather difficult.

Well, shiat. Based on appearance and name, I ass-u-me'd she was from Mexico. My mistake. I'd suggest taking away her license, but since she'd already lost it and kept driving anyway, she needs to be locked up.

You know, I don't have any idea what part of the country you live in, where your parents were born, and I don't give a shiat. But, listen: In many parts of the country, people with funny names were actually born here.
And their parents.
And grandparents.
In fact, the San Luis Valley in Southern Colorado was settled by people with funny names before it was even part of the US. So was St. Augustine, Florida, and nearly all of California. This means that - wait for it! - some people with funny names have been here longer than your family's fat asses have.

And I don't think it's your chest that's shiny metal. It's your hat.

Really? With a surname of Rodriguez you make assumptions of people by their looks or names? I am not going to bat for the chick, but I abhor racial/ethnic overtones from idiots, and you sir, fit that category.

Several officers tried to get the driver to stop, but the woman behind the wheel did not acknowledge them. According to the police report, one officer was nearly hit by the car but jumped out of the way just in time.

Don't know why but reminds me of a guy I used to know. Shows up at the courthouse for a child support motion by his evil ex. Police everywhere, one of the prisoners escaped and the court house is locked down as the cops search it top to bottom. Gets told to go home. A week later he's arrested on bench warrant for missing his court date. Takes him and his lawyer six months to straighten it out. Meanwhile the ex's lawyer is using the arrest in a motion to strip him of custody. He said what amusing not is his ex didn't get a warrant for missing her court date.
