That's one of the quirks about lipo. Since they suck out the fat cells, any weight you put on from that point on, will go elsewhere in your body. So people who get lipo in their middle section can end up with really fat faces and arms since it no longer can settle around the stomach.

I remember a spy movie he did with the worlds worst stunt double. He was running down a tunnel and you can see the stunt double had big hair and was 30 lbs light than Val
