Class H felony.

How many classes of felonies are there? Maybe the concept of felony needs to be dropped in circumstances of less then so many dollars?

Questioning how felonies are classified is a Class R felony.

I'm trying to think of how a person could be lazier than telling a clerk "Look at my scratch-off ticket and tell me if I won" and, short of telling the girl behind the counter at McDonald's "I have beshat my sweatpants. Change me, for I am lovin' it" I'm failing.
