Alligator tastes like chicken. Frog tastes like chicken. Snake and turtle apparently taste like chicken. They had to share a common ancestor with dinosaurs, which in turn gave rise to birds, which taste like chicken.

So I'm gonna go out on a limb here and assume dinosaurs probably tasted like chicken.
