My new computer's got the clocks, it rocks
But it was obsolete before I opened the box
You say you've had your desktop for over a week?
Throw that junk away, man, it's an antique
Your laptop is a month old? Well that's great
If you could use a nice, heavy paperweight

Gunny Highway: You can still get porn on it, right?

Yes. But only old time, big furry bush porn.

Damn obsolete tech.

I hope there are kids viewing old time, big furry bush porn on their dad's "missing" iPad2. I also hope they keep it buried under a log in their back yard.

Silverstaff: StinkyFiddlewinks: No. It won't. It will still be a perfectly functioning device, unless you're an asshole.

This.

I've got an iPad 2.

I've wanted a device that does what it does for 20+ years, since I was a kid. Back then, we'd see in sci-fi like Star Trek these nifty handheld computers that you could look things up on, reference things on, do all kinds of neato things.

There were halted, failing attempts at making things like that over the years, but my little iPad lets me check my e-mail, browse the web, watch videos (Youtube and Netflix), reference things (military manuals, medical references, maps, ect.), play music, play games, and function as a calculator, GPS, g-force meter, and a zillion other little things all in one. Put an Otterbox on it to make it more durable, and it's something I use every single day.

Even if Apple makes newer or better ones, it's still quite a nice piece of equipment, and worth every penny I paid for it.

I know you're lying.
Fark tells me all the time that tablets are just useless toys.
