Personally, I think that Louis CK was telling the truth. Mostly because if he'd been actually supporting Tosh, i don't think he'd have had a problem admitting it.

I like Trump for disproving that aphorism that rich people must be rich because they're smart.

dsmith42: I always took it to be a dog whistle for an affirmative action admission. He was trying to say that Obama was actually really stupid and only got in because he was black. Even my brother who voted for Nader, Kerry, then Obama twice figured that Obama was. Just based on the fact that he is black.

Well Bush got into Yale and Harvard because he's a Bush.

prince of peas: That said, his rationale for requesting Obama's college records is that he believes that Obama claimed, on his application for admission, that he was born outside of the US in order to use his minority status as a means of enhancing his chance for acceptance into the school.

And he somehow thought an Indonesian (or Kenyan) would be higher on the list than a mulatto from Hawaii who was native born? At schools such as Occidental, Columbia and Harvard? In the early-mid 1980s?

How would he know that? I really doubt schools even keep applications. The whole thing was a half assed attempt to deflect attention away from people asking about Romney's tax forms.

his daily show interview was hilarious.

"a fight between comedians and feminists, which are natural enemies. Because stereotypically speaking, feminists can't take a joke" and "comedians can't take criticism."

audience turned on him after the feminist comment, to which he said "See?"

jake_lex: The thing that struck me most about the Trump twitter meltdown was that it really undermined his self-created image of him being this multi-billionare real estate mogul, not so much by what he said, as by this question it raised: "So if you're so rich and successful, how do you have all this time to bash random celebrities on Twitter?"

I doubt at this point Donald Trump does much real work.  From what I've heard, he's just a figurehead.  The real dealmakers may bring him in during tough negotiations, or bring him in on a deal because he's famous.

Not defending his derpiness, just sayin'
