tortilla burger: Seeing how the Seahawks have been playing recently, it was obvious that they were going to win. Although if I was a Seattle fan I'd be worried about when the magic will run out, and it WILL. Late bloomers like the Packers and Giants when they won the Superbowl didn't have them peaking until the playoffs started.

I'm not worried about the magic running out, no one expected the Seahawks would be this good with a rookie QB anyway. Meanwhile 3 years later and 150+ roster moves pete Carroll is building a very young, fast and talented team. The Super Bowl is not out of the realm of possibility, but no one up here thought we would be in this position anyway. The take on Seattle fans is go as far as we can, but we are just having fun watching this team grow.

Whoever Seattle's secondary coach is isn't making enough money

Seahawks blast the top team by 29 points and have outscored their last three opponents by 120...move up to 6th (having beaten No. 3, 4, and 5). Good power rankings, bro.

The game was played in the spirit of Festivus. Feats of strength by the Seahawks; airing of grievances by the 49ers; and a big old pole lodged up Jim Harbaugh's rectum.

Fade2black: The more and more I think about it, the man is doing no wrong. Even the Russell Wilson situation in regard to him being the starter is now obviously looking into a genius move. That man has the benefit of the doubt no matter what he does.

yeah, it was controversail at the tiem, but that was a huge brass balls hanging low decision.

there's just a kind of smarminess each has. they had it in college (Carroll obviously moreso than Harbaugh) but even Harbaugh got a little insufferable at Stanford. anyways.

i just hope somehow, the Cards can piss in the 49ers champagne sunday. unlikely as shiat as all indications are that Whiz and Graves will be fired at the end of the season and what's more, Brian Freaking Hoyer, who was NOT ON AN NFL ROSTER 2 WEEKS AGO, will start Sunday @ SFO. that is 4 QBs in 16 weeks, folks.

and Skelton wasn't even dressed yesterday. does not bode well for his future here.
