how long before we have to nuke Apple from orbit?
It is the only way to be sure.

My guess is that this look/feel has been around forever, and it is new to phones with apple.
My guess is that video games had buttons like this back in the old days.

bah
I hate this game.

Bah, you just need to click the "squircle" button on your 3D printer when you print your car.

My '07 Charger's front end sort of fits their description.  But then, so do the majority of all properly designed American muscle cars from the '60's onward.  This is not new.

It'll be a while, since the "squircle" was a key design element on the Zune.

FTFA: tacky, blocky squares.

I've always hated this. Since I was a kid I've been reading shiat like "it looks blocky". So farking what? Things are shaped in some form. One of those forms is the square/cube.

And what's up with the tacky? Why exactly it's tacky about it? Tell me, bullshiat article writer.

VvonderJesus: More than you ever wanted to know about squircles

Oh man, Samsung's design/lawyer team must be pretty bad to end up playing ball with Apple and making their Galaxy S phone look so sucky. That article has all the evidence they need.

"Your Highness, our phone is not a "rounded square" like Apple's iPhone, but a squircle. Here's a comparison:"

Eh, it's been awhile and I'm not exactly in the best of shape myself, so as long as we don't need to break out flour to find the holes, sign me up.

You seem to be deeply concernec that someone might be plotting against a gadget company.
Have you considered seeing someone and discussing these thoughts with them?
It might be a good idea.

Ditto. Nor was it all it is cracked up to be. If she gets off first, have fun trying to get off humping like Clark griswold going down the hill on Christmas vacation. You gotta time that shiat so you get off, back out of the way, get her off with one hand and use your other like you are throwing a good jab and protect your face and eyes. You learn quick.
