Meh. I've liked Giger's work ever since I bought a dog-eared copy of one of his books in an Waldenbooks back in '79 (damned if I know how it wound up there). I'd be more impressed though if the art was specifically done for the cards (Like the Hello Kitty deck! Props!). Anybody can grab random bits of art slap them on cards and call it a such-and-such Tarot.
