My wargamer club in college did a collection for them every year. My last year I ran it and we collected over $700. It's a good charity.

I just turned off the "begging for whitelist/TF crap" that Drew now has at the top of the page, all because he doesn't care to take responsibility for the ads served by google, but rather, thinks it's my responsibility to endure and thus, report the ones that I should never had to endure.

Google appreciates his apathy, as otherwise, they'd have to behave once Fark, and all other sites stopped using them. But no, Drew claims no responsibility for the crap ads on this site, and so Google has nothing to worry about.

I think I've whitelisted Fark two or three times in the past, yet had to blacklist it again each time within AN HOUR.

I don't mind advertising, but there are reasonable limits that Fark cares not one iota about, apparently. Nope, they just blame google, never realizing that their revenue generator is driving away revenue.
