To crawl back up, and fight back, what is it?

First punctuated infinitive from Indubs?

Nope.

I heard he was a Stand-Up guy.

So they managed to find a way to get him to stay standing after he died. Sounds like the zombie-making experiments are finally showing some results.

There's plenty of brain dead people standing up all over the world. Nothing to see here.

You're not going to fall over if you're up against something that can support your weight.

2012-12-20 08:51:31 PM
There's a very reasonable, logical explanation for this...

A friend called out to Mr Evans when he saw him stood in the kitchen
...
Coroner's court heard how Mr Evans was four times the drink drive limit

Mr. Evans also was able to write this article, apparently.

Not sure, but the only Evans I know is angry, passive-aggressive, spiteful, and unprofessional.

Take that, jackhat.

I think "drink driving" is the standard phrase over there.

Just like to take this opportunity to mention the immortal Branwell Bronte, who died standing up, to prove it could be done.

He had a bet open on it.

He did it by leaning against a mantelpiece.

How about this:

You install nails on the underside of the upper cabinet doors pointed downwards. Then you wait for the guy to pull a turkey or cassoulet out of the oven and bang his head on the under-side of the open cabinet.

Wasn't that a bad Peter Falk movie?

Can't recall the name, but the schtick was everyone kept getting shot and not falling over.

BattleFrenchie28: The name of this era is Whitebeard!

Excellent reference. He did have some serious head trauma as well (of varying degrees between the anime and manga.)

FTFA Mr Evans had injured his head before his death on May 10, but it is not known how seriously.

I'm guessing it was very seriously injured.

If he was standing close to the cupboard, it would prevent his knees from bending. This would keep him upright. This iws overly simplified of course, but if you know how to get an unconcious person on their feet to shoulder lift them, same basic principle.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say that it was fairly serious.

Except he did fall forward and the cabinet held his body upright.

Arguing semantics and nit-picking since 1969.

The csb part of this is that he asphyxiated. Standing upright and he managed to somehow drown?!? Jimmy Hendrix and Janis Joplin are applauding this fellow in heaven.

Reminds me of this comic.

The author, Jason Yungbluth, just wrapped up the Blockhead's war arc recently so you can have the joy of reading it from "cover to cover" now.
