"He also referred to the use of birth control pills by young women as 'whoring around.' His attitude toward me and other women was rude, belittling, and at times angry," she said in the OHR complaint.

While I'm glad that she's suing them and bringing attention to what a horrible hate-organization they are, who the hell did she think she was working for? They hate everyone that doesn't conform to their Old Testament ideals of what a "family" is.

Perhaps she was not "whoring around" with the right person?

Okay, FARK web-developers, please listen to me: fix the gap when italicizing, or all you're doing is disincentivizing.

And that's just stupid at this point in the game, no?

The best way to pick up a submissive, won't-raise-a-fuss gay boyfriend is to look amongst the anti-homosexuality groups. They keep their mouths shut and won't make a scene, or cause their lover to get upset enough to make a scene, because they don't want people to see them and think they're gay.

"Homosexuality is an abomination and affront to all good Christians!"

"Whoa, dude, you're coming on pretty strong there. Sorry, but I don't swing that way."

Sexual harassment is wrong, but it's hard to feel sorry for the woman in question. If you don't want your boss to discriminate against you, treat you like shiat, and use his authority to treat you like a second-class person, then maybe you shouldn't go work for a organization that's been classified as a hate-group and that actively lobbies to discriminate against others, treat them like shiat, and relegate them to second-class status.

"Move along, citizen. Remember GodFed."

"Remember GodFed," I muttered as I walked along, whistling as I went.

Inside, I knew what a mockery we had become.

And yet I whistled softly as I walked away...

Jesus, rename it the White Family Research Council already.

For those unfamiliar with the "Family" Research Council

FRC's Principal Issues:
Since the early 1990's, FRC has emerged as a leading conservative think-tank championing "traditional family values" by lobbying for state-sponsored prayer in public schools, private school "vouchers," abstinence-only programs, filtering software on public library computers, the right to discriminate against gay men and lesbians.

FRC's objective is to establish a conservative Christian standard of morality in all of America's domestic and foreign policy.

FRC has dedicated itself to working against reproductive freedom, sex education, equal rights for gays and lesbians and their families, funding of the National Endowment for the Arts and the Corporation for Public Broadcasting. FRC supports a school prayer amendment and would like to 'disestablish' the Department of Education.

I'm just always amused by those who rail against something that benefits their own personal way of life. Be it birth control or abortion for those who would have premarital or extramarital sexual relations, or those who rail against drug users while using drugs or drinking, or those who rail against homosexuality while being homosexual.

It's not limited to those who clandestinely feel shame for themselves and rail against that out of shame either. There are plenty of examples of people being very prominent, almost proud of their hypocrisy. Gingrich is a great example, as one who has had affairs and divorces yet seeks to make illegal many of the things that enable him to have his affairs without simply impregnating mistresses.
