FTFA: it may have come from the tankers which transport meat to the premises.

This was discovered when all the refrigerator magnets were stuck on the pooch.

Manufacturer Welham Estates Limited said it most likely happened when a metal detector may have been briefly turned off, affecting up to 20 bags.

Which brings up another question.

Exactly!

Can we magnetize these dogs, make them run in a circle and use them to generate electricity?

. . . that was the question, right?

My friends have called me "Dog Magnet" for years now.

"Manufacturer Welham Estates Limited said it most likely happened when a metal detector may have been briefly turned off, affecting up to 20 bags."

So this happens often enough that they can make an educated guess as to how many bags have problems based on the downtime of the metal detector.

Freakin' me out, Subby. I feed my a-DORE-able Shih Tzu's Kibble an' Bits for small dogs. Don't need no vet bills, thankyouverymuch.

If you are feeding your dog a food that's only got 20% meat in it to begin with, metal flakes are the least of your problems... and may be a good source of iron since the food is mostly grains. Sounds like a horrible quality dog food to begin with, much like Kibbles-n-bits...

So? Your breakfast cereal also contains iron filings, and you don't hear people complaining about that.

Mmmm, slurry. It's what's for dinner.

Maybe that explains why my dogs lean toward the TV when I turn it on.

I bet the raw ingredients came from cheap-cheap-CHINA!!!
Now fortified with lead and melamine.

The dog food looks very similar to the poo I picked up in the back yard when the dog had a Frisbee fetish.

I like how "it may have happened when the metal detectors were briefly turned off".

So like... the plastic and metal filings were biding their time, waiting for the perfect moment to sneak through. Crafty.

This.

The biscuit is made up of 80% cereal and 20% meat, so in a worse case scenario out of 100 bags there might be 20 [contaminated],
I'm confused. Why would only 20 bags out of 100 be contaminated? If 20% of the mixture is contaminated then wouldn't every bag that contains the mixture be contaminated?

Oh no no no, don't look at me, I have nothing to do with it!

My dog eats better food than that anyway
