It should if you have comprehensive.

It'll cover the windshield in the very least

The car's driver punched the man in the face and police arrived soon after and arrested him, the witness told ABC7, which reported that neither the driver nor a female passenger in the Mustang were injured.

Now THAT is reporting

This is what I was thinking. Although I would expect my insurance company to go after the guy for reimbursement as well. Oh, and you'll still have to cover your own deductible, but again, you can sue the guy for that too.

As to whether you'll see any of that money again, well, good friggin' luck.

A naked man stomping out you ir windshield is a natural event in Florida and not covered in that state. Good thing it happened in CA.

Have you ever seen a naked man exhibit normal behavior? Once somebody strips off their clothes in public you can be pretty sure that he's gonna do something farked up. Best to just leave.

A long time ago, on a coast far far away, I drove from Syracuse NY to Ft Myers FL, during the winter. I was visiting some relatives who have horses in their fenced off yard...

After driving down there, and parking my car, went inside and after a while, looked out the window at my car...

One of the horses was taking a bite out of my spoiler.. (mid 90's grand am).. Salt from the roads in central NY had turned my car into a giant salt lick...

How do you explain that to the insurance company? A horse tried to eat my car?

// Just took the spoiler off the car.

Without reading the article I can say yes.
In my brief time as a claims adjuster I had a claim where a girl was visiting her boyfriend and somehow (alcohol) he got mad and as she tried to drive away he jumped onto the car and put his leg through the windshield.
He called in the claim claiming she hit him with her car and owed for his medical bills.

That wasn't the only time doing that job that I had to spend hours giving relationship advice.

Why are you in prison?

I stomped in a windsheld in while naked.

I have lost all respect for felons.

/How about indecent exposure, disorderly conduct, ect...
