Their growth strategy calls for some incremental growth in Czech and Slovakia, then a major thrust East into Poland and also Western Europe as they take out the competition in Denmark, Holland, Belgium, and France. They also plan a joint venture with an Italian group and one group from the Far East. Possibly some cross channel efforts though there is opposition to the brand in the UK. Also they have several major thrusts into the emerging markets of the former Soviet Union
