According to the Daily Telegraph, Ali Shaker is currently under house arrest, charged with aiding undocumented immigration.

iwould thinka guy suspected of human smuggling, especially in a manner so dangerous to a young kid would be put somewhere a little more secure.

That kid is going to have a lot of emotional baggage.

One does not simply...

The smuggling journey lasted three months. It doesn't say that all of that time was spent in a suitcase.

Could've been worse. He could've been the carrion.

Of course it's company policy never to, imply ownership in the event of a child... always use the indefinite article a child, never your child.

He guessed that the boys' journey could have lasted for three months.

all three months spent in the suitcase.

that's even worse than living in a cupboard under the stairs.

If he went through the airport, he would've been stolen by a TSA agent and sold for 20 dollars.

fisker: Steven Spielberg is going to make this boy into a whimsical paramour

Whimsical sure, but he's 5 years old. Even if Spielberg doubled his age, "paramour" would be gross.

They probably noticed the procession of Catholic priests, scout leaders, and college sports coaches coming...er....going in and out of the suitcase.

I'm going to hell, aren't I?
