So would it be legal to snipe one of these out of the air if it was loitering over your property?

Old enough to know better: So would it be legal to snipe one of these out of the air if it was loitering over your property?

A shotgun with size 4 shot would work better, I think.

Guessing no.  You don't own the airspace over your house.  I'm guessing it ends where federal airspace begins--500 feet?  Just a guess.

Aim?

Face it, Hollywood, if robots ever took over the world they would never miss, I don't care how quickly the hero ducks and/or runs.

Legal or not, as soon as I see one over my head I'm going out and buying whichever firearm is best suited to shoot it down. I'll make it my hobby. Could do side jobs as a drone exterminator.

I'd be surprised if these drones can reach 500 feet, so they should be fair game if they are over your property.

If drones aren't legalized, only outlaws will have drones.
