Frogfoot: Well OK this is tough. On the one hand if he is telling the truth, this is all a tragic mistake. But on the other hand if he is lying, then he is a cold blooded murderer and should be punished accordingly. Sadly there is no definitive way to divine the truth here.

My solution. Take him out to the gulf stream at night. Strip him naked, tie ten pounds of raw meat around his waist with a logging chain, point him in the direction of the coast line. If he makes it I say he is innocent. If he doesn't make it he was guilty.

Relationships cause more deaths than something else. Ban relationships!

So, you're saying you shot her six times, including 3 face shots at close range, and this just HAPPENED as an accident after you went to her house with a gun, after being told that she wanted to break up with you, and that you were in fear for your life. Hmmmmmm. Nahhhh...this couldn't be personal at all.
